Warm, grounded coaching shaped by lived experience.
I'm a life coach based in Staffordshire, working with clients across the UK both online and in person.
My path into coaching wasn't a straight line. Like a lot of the people I now work with, I've navigated my own moments of self-doubt, burnout, and “is this really it?” – the kind of quiet, persistent questions that don't go away on their own. Coming through those experiences, and learning what genuinely helped, is what led me here.
I trained as a coach because I wanted to offer the kind of support I'd once needed myself: warm, honest, practical, and free of judgement. No jargon. No performative positivity. Just real conversations that help people move forward.
What shapes my coaching
I'm fascinated by psychology and neuroscience – by why we get stuck, why certain thought patterns take hold, and what actually helps us shift them. I draw on this in my work, but I'll never bury you in theory. The science is there to support the conversation, not to replace it.
My approach is intuitive as much as it is structured. I listen carefully, I ask the questions that matter, and I trust that you already know more about your own life than anyone else does. My job isn't to hand you answers – it's to help you find your own, and then take meaningful action on them.
