What is life coaching?
Coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximise their own performance.

How your journey will unfold

1

A free discovery call

We start with a relaxed 30-minute conversation. You can tell me what's on your mind, ask anything you'd like to know, and see how it feels to talk to me. There's no pressure to book anything afterwards. This call is genuinely just a chance to find out whether we're a good fit.

2

We agree on what you're working toward

If you decide to go ahead, our first proper session focuses on getting clear on where you are now and where you'd like to be. This becomes the loose map we use throughout our work, though we'll adjust it as new things come up, because they will.

3

Regular sessions, real progress

Sessions usually run for 60 minutes, every one to two weeks. Each one is a confidential space to think out loud, untangle what's stuck, and leave with one or two clear things you want to try before we next meet. Between sessions, the work continues in your daily life. That's where the real change tends to happen.

4

Reflect, recalibrate, move forward

Every few sessions we step back to look at what's shifted, what's still in the way, and what comes next. You're always in the driving seat. Coaching is your space, on your terms, for as long as it's useful.

What can you achieve?

Life coaching focuses on future possibilities and not past mistakes. The aim is to support clients on a journey of self-improvement and provide a safe space for honest sharing.

Coaching sessions are designed to support clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, self-doubt, lack of confidence, work/life balance, personal relationships, burnout recovery or any issue be it personal or professional.

The benefits of coaching are increased resilience, confidence to cope with stressful situations, being able to bounce back from obstacles and to help to break thinking patterns.

Coaching can be incredible in helping individuals move through any blocks or issues, allowing them to move forward and develop both personally and professionally.

Sessions would be completely confidential and will focus on moving forward, goal setting and have a positive approach.
